To change the email address associated with your account, sign in and navigate to the “Account Details” section located under the “Addresses” tab. From there, you can edit your name, surname, email address and password.

To update your delivery address, sign in to your Gems Pets account and go to the Addresses section. From there, you can change your shipping and billing address. If you have already placed an order with the previous address, contact our customer support team to redirect the delivery to the correct address.

To change your Gems Pets account password, log in to your account and navigate to the Account Details section. Enter your previous password and your new password in the designated fields, then save the changes to update your account password. If you forget your password, click on “Lost Password” on the sign-in page and follow the instructions provided to reset it.

If you no longer wish to receive Gems Pets emails, you can manage your email preferences by accessing your Gems Pets account. From there, you can unsubscribe from our email updates or adjust your preferences to resubscribe. You can also unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive from us. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support team and they can help update the email associated with your account.

If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged, please contact our customer service team and they will assist you with the next steps.
