We have partnered with Svelta & Akis Express as our courier service provider for all deliveries.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your parcel, and the total cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you place your order.
We offer delivery to your preferred location, either directly to your door step or to an ACS branch nearby.Â
Delivery time varies depending on your preference. We offer same-day delivery or standard domestic shipping, which usually takes between 1-5 business days.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.
We ship each order from the closest store to your location, ensuring the fastest delivery time possible.
Yes, you can pay for your order and have it delivered to another address, as long as you provide the correct delivery address during checkout.
Deliveries
Upon placing an order at Gems Pets, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order and check its delivery here. Simply enter the tracking number in the designated field and click the “Search” button. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Our couriers do not have a set delivery time during the day. To provide you with the most convenient delivery experience, we ask that you leave clear instructions for where to leave the package if you are not home at the time of delivery. We give our couriers authority to leave packages to avoid missed deliveries.
To optimize the delivery process and ensure the timely dispatch of your order, we may split your items into multiple packages based on their type, weight, and size. Additionally, our range of products is stocked in various stores and warehouses, and each package is prepared and shipped independently. As a result, you may receive multiple boxes in your order, and occasionally these may arrive on different days depending on when they are dispatched.
