Our shipping services cover the entirety of Cyprus through Svelta or Quickbox services. During our Black Friday promotions, in case a product is out of stock, customers have the option to receive a refund or delay the payment hold until the product is restocked and delivered to their address (payment will be held for a maximum of 30 days; otherwise, a refund will be issued). Additionally, due to the high volume of orders received during the Black Friday event, delivery times may extend up to 7 days.
NOTE: Frozen food items are delivered in insulated polyester boxes to maintain their temperature.
For frozen orders expect a 15-30 minute delivery window in Paphos, while other cities receive their orders within 2-3 hours after courier pickup.

If you would like to return or exchange a product from your order, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org . They can advise you on the available options for return and assist with organizing an exchange, if needed. Our pet shop will accept exchanges and returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original proof of purchase at any store or by contacting our support team.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
