Our shipping services cover the entirety of Cyprus through Svelta or Quickbox services. During our Black Friday promotions, in case a product is out of stock, customers have the option to receive a refund or delay the payment hold until the product is restocked and delivered to their address (payment will be held for a maximum of 30 days; otherwise, a refund will be issued). Additionally, due to the high volume of orders received during the Black Friday event, delivery times may extend up to 7 days. NOTE: Frozen food items are delivered in insulated polyester boxes to maintain their temperature. For frozen orders expect a 15-30 minute delivery window in Paphos, while other cities receive their orders within 2-3 hours after courier pickup.
